SING!

Our lovely summer concert was very well received. St Clements Church in the Old Town was filled with soaring melodies and beautiful harmonies as we sang songs inspired by singing! Musical director Debbie Warren accompanied on the piano.

EARTH, SEA & SKY

A wonderful concert of music and songs inspired by the natural world. With Helen Ridout on piano and special guest Nuri Koseoglu on violin playing excerpts from Vivaldi's The Four Seasons.

£950 raised for our chosen charity the Association of Carers

Harmony One is an all female vocal harmony group established in 2015. Under the leadership of Debbie Warren, they have earned a reputation for beautiful singing, interesting arrangements and strong harmonies.

They are as likely to be seen singing traditional fishing and sea-faring songs at some of the Hastings fish festivals, as they are on the concert platform performing newly written music.

They also like to get involved with the community and raise money for local charities. They have raised thousands of pounds for local projects through their concerts and performances.

They are based at St Clements Church in Hastings Old Town and meet every Monday evening during term time..

BIRDSONG

Beautiful Sunday afternoon tea concert at Hastings Museum in aid of the Alexandra Greenhouse Restoration Project. Songs and poems inspired by birds with instrumental interludes by Lynda Murray on sax. We were also treated to a brief talk about the history of the greenhouse before we all enjoyed tea and homemade cake.

We raised an amazing £970 for the restoration project!

SNOW ANGEL

A musical triumph! We performed to a packed church and raised over £1000 for the Snowflake Night Shelter. Snow Angel by Sarah Quartel with beautiful harmonies, cello, piano, percussion and narration was very well received. The programme also included music by contemporary composers and seasonal items to herald the coming of Winter.

A SONG FOR ALL SEASONS

A musical celebration of the ever changing seasons with special guests the De La Warr String Quartet and original poetry from Hastings Stanza. Beautiful music by contemporary composers, stunning instrumental interludes by the quartet and entertaining poetry read by the poets made for a very special evening.

A WINTER'S TALE

A great success! We raised £850 for the Snowflake Project with this delightful evening of Shakespeare settings and drama by RSC actors. The Two Towers Handbells added that extra touch to a truly magical evening

CEREMONY OF CAROLS

A resounding success! We sold out of tickets and performed to a packed church. We raised nearly £900 for HFS and church funds and the concert was enjoyed by all who came. A musical triumph!
